The meeting of Daur Kove, the the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia with Andrey Rudenko, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation was held at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on December 5, 2019.

The Abkhaz-Austrian Society established the “Commission for the Support of International Contacts of the Republic of Abkhazia” on December 3, 2019. The commission is headed by the General Committee of the Abkhaz-Austrian Society.  The main objective of the Abkhaz-Austrian Society is to promote the dialogue between Abkhazia and Austria in the field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation as well as the development of international contacts of Abkhazia.

The Supreme Council of the Republic of Abkhazia adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia 25 years ago on November 26, 1994. The fundamental law of the country is of crucial importance for the people of Abkhazia marked a new stage in the history of Abkhazian statehood.

The international conference "International Urban Mobility Dialogue" ended last week in Berlin. It was organized by Academus Berlin GmbH and brought together the representatives of administrations of different cities of the world as well as business, scientific communities and civic associations.

The 6-th regular Plenary Session of the Federation of Abkhazian Cultural Centers in the Republic of Turkey took place in the city of Adapazari (Sakarya) on November 16,2019.

The delegation of the Council of Young Diplomats (CYD) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, consisting of Astanda Pataraya, the Chairman of the CYD, Inar Ladariia, the Deputy Chairman of the CYD as well as Said Kakaliia and Valeria Tskua, the members of the CYD participates in the Third Global Forum of Young Diplomats at the invitation of the leadership of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting between Vitaliy Ignatiev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and Alexander Vataman, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR on November 14, 2019. The meeting was attended by Alexander Stetsyuk, the Deputy Minister.

Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia sent a congratulatory note to Igor Akhba, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 11-th anniversary of the signing of the Decree on the Establishment of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation.

The meeting of Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Delegation from the People's Republic of China was held at the Foreign Ministry of Abkhazia on November 12,2019. The delegation includes: Liu Ya Jun, the Vice - Chairman of the China-Asia Economic Development Association and Long WeiBo, the Director of the ShanXi Office, the Senior Engineer of China Unicom. The meeting was also attended by Dzhansukh Nanba, the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia.

Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated George Hewitt, the British Scientist on Caucasus, the Professor of the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, the Member of the British Academy of Sciences, the Honorary Member of the Academy of Sciences of Abkhazia and the International Circassian Academy of Sciences, the Honorary Consul of Abkhazia in the UK, the Grand Officer of «Akhdz-Apsha» on the occasion of his 70-th anniversary.
